Classes For Children

INTRODUCTION TO THE BASIC ELEMENTS OF DRAWING AND DESIGN
Ages 5-8 - All Levels Of Study

Children learn to see through a classical foundation of drawing. A student is taught to see shapes and to incorporate these shapes into picture making. As each progresses, he or she learns to compose shapes, mix colors, and color spot, which is a compositional layout of shapes in color. With these tools in hand, one is ready for more advanced picturemaking. Each child is taught individually and advances at his or her own pace.
